Our technology and shopping assistance system searches for suitable products and sends the customer product information, pricing, and, when available, a product image.
3. You Approve
The customer reviews the recommendation and approves or rejects it by text.
4. We Help Complete the Order
After approval, the request moves through our purchasing workflow and the customer receives updates about the order.

Text Shop is an independent shopping-assistance service. Text Shop is not Amazon and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or any other retailer. We help customers find products and complete purchases on their behalf through publicly available retailers. Product names and prices belong to the retailers that sell them.

Customers may communicate with Text Shop through SMS and MMS (picture) messages. Messages you receive from us relate to your own use of the service and may include:
